Finally got a chance to wax my Z today...it needed it when
I got the car and I just never got around to it...anyway....here's how it looked last weekend (and a lot of people thought this looked really good...) 
That looks pretty good but not much shine and the bumper isn't matching all that well....this is due to angles more than a paint defect. It's pearl...angles mess with the
color.... Here's today.....too bad the image compression ate it some,
but you'll notice 
Sun is close to the same angle but 1 hour of waxing goes a
long way...and my wax was so runny I shouldn't have used it
but oh well.....I'll do it again next weekend with fresh
wax. Oh yeah...there were some swirls....they're mostly gone now...some more work and they're gone completely. : ) One more pic... Too bad I don't have before/after pics
that are exactly the same situation....but the diff is
huge. 
BTW...none of that crap on the ground is from my Z.....it's
my ghetto campus area apartment complex with a bunch of
unhealthy cars driven by people who don't know better (and
who like to leave door dings)
